BRENT WHY DO YOU REMAIN A MEMBER OF TBIMC?
tBIMc creates a network for like-minded professionals to connect and exchange accomplishments with a common goal to bring betterment to our industry. Passion drives our desires to innovate, communicate and share knowledge. We all play a part to collectively digitize our practices and organizations like tBIMc help to facilitate overall betterment.WHY IS BIM IMPORTANT TO YOU?
The AEC industry is going through a digitization conversion, and BIM is at the heart of it. The BIM process allows us to virutally contruct our designs prior to physical realization, thus empowering us to work with greater efficiency and ensure a higher quality of design. BIM helps to automated how we coordinate (clash detection), how we review (model visualization, renderings, animations, 3D printing), and how we collaborate (through paperless, cloud-hosted systems). As professionals we are able to elevate our focus from the mechanicals of drawing production to how and when data can be leveraged. This empowers us to focus on the current "Digital Twin" trend, helping our stakeholders define the lifecycle purpose for our delivered information.WHAT SHOULD OTHER TBIMC MEMBERS REACH OUT TO YOU ABOUT?
