With nine years of construction experience, Marina has been involved in projects ranging from small to large in different areas, including commercial, retail, pharmaceutical, industrial, and high-rise.

Her BIM Management and Scheduling knowledge has been utilized to better plan and execute projects. Marina can liaise with consultants and trades to achieve a unified goal of building smarter and faster while reducing risk and cost on site.

With a background in Architectural and BIM Management, she has extensive knowledge of various modelling & coordination software, as well as scheduling software. She manages the BIM & Scheduling Department at CCM. Her responsibilities involve supporting project teams during the proposal, preconstruction, and construction stages delivering schedules & 4D presentations, managing and liaising with external consultants to create and maintain schedules, and managing design & coordinating models. She is also responsible for leading the clash coordination meetings for consultants and subcontractors.
